Lillian Chan is a qualified solicitor in Hong Kong with significant experience in corporate finance and general commercial matters. Lillian now draws on this commercial background to advise healthcare groups, medical clinics, and allied‑health professionals on compliance, expansion, and corporate advisory matters. She focuses on assisting healthcare clients navigate regulatory requirements, manage corporate governance, and implement practical structures for domestic and cross‑border growth, while supporting day‑to‑day operational and strategic decision‑making.
Prior to joining our firm, Lillian worked at Robertsons and Withers in Hong Kong. She obtained an LLB (Hons) from The Manchester Metropolitan University/HKU and the Postgraduate Certificate in Laws(PCLL) from The University of Hong Kong.

Rendy's medical-industry legal practice began as a senior law-firm consultant, delivering board-level training to a listed pharmaceutical company. She now advises doctors, veterinarians and medical groups on compliance, disciplinary investigations, medical negligence proceedings and risk management. She also guides patients and pet-owners through claims with her regulatory insights.
Rendy is committed to supporting the medical community, frequently speaking on medico-legal issues at institutions like Union Hospital and the Hong Kong Veterinary Association. She served six years as a lay assessor for the Medical Council of Hong Kong, including four years on its Preliminary Investigation Committee, helping uphold professional standards and safeguard patient welfare.
