At Rendy Ng Law Firm, we believe that the law can be a powerful force for good.
Our founder, Rendy Ng, exemplifies this belief by sharing her legal and commercial expertise with those striving to create a better Hong Kong. On 24 June 2025, Rendy volunteered in the Impact Angels Program, organized by
Innovator Farm, as a mentor to social entrepreneurs. Through this initiative, she aims to help aspiring changemakers refine their strategies and presentations to increase their odds of securing funding from the Social Innovation and Entrepreneurship Development Fund (“SIE Fund”).
Driving Social Impact Through Mentorship
The Impact Angels Program supports social innovators by offering funding, training, networking opportunities, and cross-sector collaboration platforms. Its mission is to help entrepreneurs overcome the "valley of death" in their journey, ensuring their projects can continue addressing poverty and social exclusion in Hong Kong while expanding their impact.
As a mentor, Rendy brings nearly two decades of legal and business experience to the table. She is committed to helping social entrepreneurs articulate their mission effectively and secure the resources they need to bring their ideas to life. By equipping them with the tools to succeed, Rendy contributes to building a society where social innovation thrives, benefiting underserved communities and fostering social inclusion.
A Journey of Learning and Collaboration
The program’s first coaching session took place at the iconic Chungking Mansions, where mentors participated in the Five Senses Tour and an Arabic workshop conducted by trained youth leaders from Diversity Hub, an incubated project.
This immersive experience allowed mentors to witness firsthand how social entrepreneurship empowers communities. It also fostered co-learning through meaningful group discussions, highlighting the transformative power of collaboration in addressing societal challenges.
Commitment to a Better Future
In the coming weeks, Rendy will mentor social innovators under the Impact Angels Program, helping refine their ideas and strategies. Her dedication to collaboration and innovation reflects our commitment to tackling social issues and empowering entrepreneurs to build a more equitable Hong Kong.
